The Foam Body Caddis is one of my go to flies for a dry dropper setup. It holds up a lot of weight and also gets eaten. To me, that is the best of both worlds. On top of that its extremely easy to see with the Elk Hair wing. I only tie these in one size as the foam is pretty bulky. It sits on a size 14 curved shank hook. Give these a try for yourself. I am confident you will love them. I treat all my dry flies with Shimizaki dry fly liquid shake. It's by far the best floatant on the market. I would suggest buying some. You will not be dissapointed with the results and how long your dry fly floats.
